We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Furkan and Arjaan, were nice and helpful from the moment we arrived. They assisted us with our bags, arranged PCR tests, and even upgraded our room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling shopping street. Everything in the room was brand new and spacious. The hotel cleanliness was also satisfactory. it was conveniently located near the Taksim metro station, making transportation easily accessible.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Istanbul that was centrally located on Istiklal Street. It was surrounded by shops, restaurants, and even a Starbucks. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The front office manager and staff were helpful and accommodating. They even offered us free herbal tea when my husband wasn't feeling well. The hotel arranged a taxi for us when we were running late to the airport, and the driver knew all the shortcuts to get us there on time. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel lacked a microwave in the rooms, but they could consider providing one in the dining lounge to use. There was some noise from tourists on the street, but after a while, I got used to it.

This place has the best location! It's right in the heart of the shopping street, which is convenient for me since I love to shop. The staff was also super helpful and friendly, and they even offered services like room service and car hire. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed, like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. it was a great experience!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city.
